Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy applies to customers in UAE, UK, and India purchasing from Aman Technologies FZE (UAE), Aman Central LTD (UK), and AR International (India).

Overview
Our cancellation, return, and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Digital Products (Video Training Programs, Ebooks):
Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds.
If you encounter technical issues or are unsatisfied with the content, contact us within 7 days of purchase for potential resolution or refund.

Physical Products (Planners, Paperback Books):
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Books with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, or other media that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aman@amancentral.com and mail your item to: AR International, 1-B, New Street (Upstairs), Kodikkal Palayam, Tiruvarur – 610002.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, just send us an email at aman@amancentral.com, and we will arrange a return pickup (RTO).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Delivery Policy
We deliver our products to all countries, mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 to 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working days to other countries.
UAE delivery fees will be a flat rate of AED 10, and delivery fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address and contact details.

Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
